Actually they ‘re all have pros and cons of their own. Not really sure which one fit you the most. Backlinkwatch and linkdiagnosis, I used both mostly.

Nice – which one of the web based ones should I try first, or are they all pretty similar.
I havent got too many links so I am not worried about features, just how to get the most comprehensive list.
